Standard terms for new commercial relationships are T/T (bank transfer) advance payment. Established partners may qualify for Letter of Credit or deferred payment terms based on order volume and history.

Medical products carry CE and clinical certifications; carpets and textiles carry OEKO-TEX and fire-rating certifications; spare parts are supplied with manufacturer COC documentation. Full certificate packs available on request.
